Joseph Maggiore, a member of The Arizona Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors, has been an integral member of the Arizona real estate scene since 2006. Born in Massachusetts and raised in South Florida, Joe began attending Arizona State University in 1995 in preparation for developing his own retail business. After a successful stint in this arena, including raising one of his companies to a 500% growth rate during a fourteen-month tenure, he began to set his sights on his true passion, Arizona real estate.

Bringing with him the knowledge and natural experience that comes with being a third generation real estate professional, Joe graduated from The Arizona School of Real Estate and Business in early 2006. As a licensed realtor focusing on real estate in North Scottsdale, Desert Ridge, and North Phoenix, Joe focuses his professional expertise on residential transactions, with a major emphasis on property management and investment properties.

This has led to an exceptional reputation with clients, vendors and fellow agents in all realms of Arizona real estate. Joe currently resides in North Phoenix with his bride and high school sweetheart, marketing genius Jennifer Maggiore, and their son. He also serves as Board President of his community’s Home Owner Association and is an avid racquetball player and automotive enthusiast.
