Joseph Maggiore has quickly become an integral member of the Arizona real estate scene, graduating from The Arizona School of Real Estate and Business in 2006. Four short years later, Joe ranked in the top 25% of 1,300 Realtors (based on sales), prior to becoming a partner with Desert Dimensions Properties and is a regular contributor to the Phoenix Business Journal.

He is proud to have the knowledge and natural experience that comes with being a third generation real estate professional. Joe focuses his expertise on residential transactions, with a major emphasis on property management and investment properties and serves the Greater Phoenix Metro area, with intimate knowledge of the north valley, including the Desert Ridge area and Scottsdale.

Joe currently resides in North Phoenix with his bride and high school sweetheart, marketing genius Jennifer Maggiore, and their son. He also serves as Board President of his community’s Home Owner Association and is an avid racquetball player and automotive enthusiast.
